emergencies, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
Photographs submitted by employees used solely for the purpose of
health screening programs that use facial recognition software.
Medical results and health related data resulting from medical
testing for COVID-19 and from any necessary related medical

Internet or other electronic network activity information,

This is a Full-time Temporary Position. Heavy emphasis on providing
all payroll functions for this 220 employee facility. The Payroll
Specialist is responsible for benefit and FMLA and other leave

The Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable and Payroll) is responsible
for all data management and processing of vendor payments and
associate payroll in accordance with all applicable laws,
regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
Data entry experience preferred
Specific Job Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when
circumstances warrant such action
Must be knowledgeable of administration practices and procedures as
well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing
administration functions in the post-acute care facility
Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs,
goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the administration
Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not
limited to: accounts payable, payroll, business office support,
patient rights, and safety and sanitation
Maintains professional working relationships with all associates,
Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential
Must understand and follow company policies including harassment
and compliance procedures
Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care's
