Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant I to support key
financial functions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and reconcile payroll and benefits transactions in the
general ledger
Maintain vendor records, process vendor payments, and reconcile
accounts payable
Enter customer invoices, monitor outstanding invoices, and assist
with cash application
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in
payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Familiarity with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and
financial reporting
Experience with vendor management and accounts payable
processing
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and invoice
tracking
