Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Controller with
expertise in real estate accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in
accordance with GAAP and REIT requirements
Manage financial data consolidation across multiple properties and
entities within the REIT
Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and
performance analysis, including key REIT metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior financial role within a REIT or
similar environment
Expertise with Yardi accounting system
Strong understanding of GAAP and REIT accounting principles
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Familiarity with REIT tax regulations and compliance
