Job Description:

Kinetic Personnel Group has partnered with a financial data processing company. Our client is seeking an Office Administrator with financial data processing experience, who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Data Entry in CRM Software.
Responsibilities:

  • Processing financial data using Microsoft Excel- Pivot tables
  • Data Entry into our CRM Software
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails (1 year required)
    Requirements:
    • College degree preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (2 years required)
    • Data Entry experience
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Familiarity with financial data processing
      Schedule:
      Monday- Friday
      8:00 am- 5:00 pm

      Pay:
      $25 per hour
