Job Description:
Task Assistant for BUSY Real Estate Team
We're searching for a diligent, eager, and energetic assistant who
loves completing tasks. You'll be responsible for completing a
daily list of tasks including, but not limited to... creating
flyers on canva or google docs, printing flyers, filling flyer
boxes, shopping, passing out flyers, putting on and removing
lockboxes, adding and removing sign riders, putting up and taking
down garage sale signs, open house signs, setting up open houses,
staging properties and helping keep the office tidy and well
stocked.
This position literally does it all and reports to the office
manager. There will be times when the task is to deliver items to
current, future, or past clients. Previous employees in this
position have dressed up as the Easter Bunny for photos and dressed
as an elf for the annual Jingle Jam event. In addition, you'll work
with other staff members to market our brand and help arrange
company events in the community.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great
interpersonal skills, have a can-do attitude, and have basic
knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this

Responsibilities:
--- Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing
in the local area
--- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers,
and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
--- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers,
online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build
our brand
--- Report to the Office Manager and fulfill the daily task
list
--- Keep the office stocked
--- Coordinate Neighborhood Garage Sales
--- Put up and take down signs
--- Pass out flyers
--- Keep the office tidy
--- Deliver gifts and other items
--- Shop
--- Create flyers and ads
--- Set up open houses
--- Call for feedback
--- Help Stage and de-stage properties
Qualifications:
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Must have high school diploma or GED
--- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and
weekends
--- Motivated and enjoys accomplishing tasks
