Position Summary: TEPEZZA-- (teprotumumab-trbw) is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for Thyroid Eye Disease. With a highly attuned patient base, consumer marketing is one of the key pillars in driving the brand's success. This role provides an exciting opportunity to help shape the TEPEZZA brand. The Senior Manager will primarily support consumer marketing initiatives to ensure patient adherence to the full course of TEPEZZA treatment but will have responsibilities across the patient journey. Responsibilities: Patient Adherence

• Develop a deep understanding of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) and the unique characteristics of TED patients
• Utilize market research and analytics data to determine patient "pain points," barriers to starting and continuing therapy once prescribed, and treatment motivations
• Measure the success of the current patient adherence CRM campaign, determine needs/gaps, and implement optimizations across email and direct mail programs
• Work with the Director to refine the overarching patient adherence strategies and behavioral objectives
• Pull through new patient services branding and messaging into the adherence campaign
• Manage ongoing adherence KPIs and measurement plans, based on historical Horizon and brand data and industry benchmarks
• Oversee database updates and integrations to enhance the CRM program and analytics reporting
• Oversee the new patient ambassador program
• Manage program promotions in multiple channels
• Direct the program on an ongoing basis, including intake of new ambassadors and ongoing "prospect" opt-ins for ambassador engagements
• Collaborate with Brand Communications and Advocacy teams to determine and implement program optimizations Brand.com Website
  • Manage branded website properties, including updates, new content, and search engine optimizations, under the direction of the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing
  • Oversee cross-agency communications to ensure brand messages are appropriately pulled through website
  • Work with Patient Engagement lead to ensure consistency of patient services messaging and offerings across website properties--
  • Supervise analytics reporting and recommend and implement website optimizations SEM/SEO
    • Develop and implement branded paid search campaigns in partnership with the media agency and the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing
    • Regularly review search analytics and direct optimizations
    • Partner with organic search agency to recommend new search strategies Overall
      • Participate in annual brand planning process, including development of adherence-related strategies, objectives, and measures
      • Foster strong partnerships with multiple teams, including: Brand Communications, Advocacy, Horizon Patient Services, Market Research, HCP marketing, and Regulatory/Legal/Medical
      • Effectively manage multiple agency partners Qualifications and Skills Required:
        • 8+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience required; agency applicants welcome
        • Minimum 5 years consumer marketing and/or advertising experience
        • Pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry experience a plus
        • Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, including strategic ideation, development, implementation, measurement, and optimization
          • Experience with intricate print production projects and print vendor oversight
          • In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices and proven ability to implement
          • Experience integrating data systems and managing Business Requirements
          • Experience developing and managing websites; understanding of Content Management Systems a plus
          • Proven ability to find insights in analytics data and effectively apply these to optimize campaigns
          • Strong team player with demonstrated success as a valued colleague within a cross-functional team
          • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market and organizational growth dynamics
          • Proficient in Microsoft Office
          • Ability to travel to various company meetings, patient events, and meetings with partner agencies. Approximately 15-20% travel (after company COVID travel restrictions are lifted)
