Job Description:
Job Summary:Assists Director of Marketing with all brand
management and marketing activities, including digital marketing
and social media, promotions and graphic projects, advertising and
PR, product launches and support, sales and trade support, and
education. Main point of contact for cross-functional and
inter-departmental projects and requests, managing timelines and
critical deliverables. Key contributor to marketing department and
corporate brand management strategy, implementation and project
management.Essential Functions:--- Key component of digital
marketing efforts, including planning and strategy, development and
execution, tracking, and analysis of related programs--- Works
closely with web developer to strategize, implement and plan
various programs--- Manages and directs PR agency with all PR
efforts including traditional press, influencer programs, and
social media strategy--- Collaborates closely with all departments
to coordinate and drive key marketing and cross-functional projects
and timelines, including maintenance and management of Current
Project List--- Responsible for communication of announcements,
programs and updates to US sales team and Global Sales Manager---
Liaises with outside agencies, including SEO and sales consultants,
to drive projects and provide any necessary materials--- Assists
with communication flow and timeline management for Educational
manuals and materials--- Performs and updates competitive analyses,
sales and inventory reports as needed--- Helps develop, edit,
update and deliver various materials for marketing, sales and
education need for accounts, trainings, events, etc. including
presentations and web grids--- Oversees and manages Internship
Program (when available)--- Updates Intranet and all shared files
with current Marketing / Education / PR materials for internal and
external dissemination--- Responsible for coordinating annual ISPA
trade show and all corporate meetings and trainings, including
budget oversight--- Manages/orders supplies for marketing and sales
departments and events--- Assists with set-up, planning and
coordination of all meetings, events, and corporate trainings
(catering, logistics, etc.)Job DescriptionKnowledge, Experience and
Skills:1. Bachelor's Degree, Marketing Degree preferred2. 2-5
years' Experience, CPG in Luxury or Beauty preferred3. Skills
Required:--- Strong, positive interpersonal skills and ability to
multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently and independently in a
fast-paced setting--- Excellent written and verbal communication;
proofreading and copy editing--- Strong organizational and project
management skills; able to meet deadlines--- Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
