My client are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Capital Markets to lead and scale development efforts from concept through delivery. You'll be responsible for securing capital funding on multiple urban infill and mid-sized multifamily projects throughout residential East Los Angeles, playing a central role in shaping the future of pipeline and brand Client Details Client Details My client are a fast-growing design-forward boutique developer based in Silverlake, Los Angeles, committed to reimagining multifamily living. Description Description Capital Raising: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure equity investment for current and future multifamily development projects. Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors Debt Financing: Lead the process of securing competitive construction and permanent financing for development projects; manage lender relationships and reporting requirements. Project Pipeline Development: Identify, underwrite, and pursue new multifamily development opportunities, building a sustainable project pipeline. Development Oversight: Oversee the development phase for active projects, including site analysis, entitlement processing, design team coordination, consultant management, budgeting, scheduling, and securing necessary permits. Profile Proven track record of successfully raising equity capital for real estate developments in Los Angeles, with an established network of relevant Los Angeles investors.
