We are seeking a versatile, dependable jack-of-all-trades skilled craftsman experienced in: Drywall installation, taping, mudding & texture Interior & exterior painting Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes) Light to mid-level plumbing (fixture install, valve replacement, minor repairs, trim-out Responsibilities drywall jobs from hang to finish Safely use hand and power tools Drywall jobs from hang to finish Perform professional paint prep and application Install tile with proper layout and waterproofing practices Install plumbing fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and assist with minor plumbing repairs Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites Communicate clearly with project managers and clients Follow project timelines and uphold safety standards Work independently or lead small crews when necessary Qualifications 3 years combined hands-on trade experience Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision Understanding of plumbing systems and fixture installation Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in active job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow Opportunity for advancement into crew lead or project management Structured leadership and defined expectations Respect-based, team culture
