A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, architect, and
build complex features
Architect and scale systems to support high traffic and
functionality across products
Mentor and coach junior engineers while driving improvements in
engineering processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Extensive experience building enterprise-grade solutions and web
systems
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers
Experience writing Go code in a production environment
Fluency in English for collaboration with US-based teams
