Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce Platform, ensuring
alignment with best practices and technical strategies
Coach and mentor other engineers while promoting established
engineering best practices across teams
Collaborate across teams to define product/platform technology
strategy and ensure adherence to Salesforce technology
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field,
or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering with expertise in
Financial Services, Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and various integration
technologies including REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools and Agile scrum execution
frameworks
