Come join us!loanDepot - We are America's Lender.Position Summary: Responsible for serving as a resource for fair and responsible servicing, as well as UDAAP regulatory matters and compliance related initiatives associated with loan servicing. Develops and manages fair and responsible servicing programs and collaborates with business unit management to develop fair and responsible servicing and UDAAP risk controls to ensure that all mortgage servicing activities are in compliance with (i) applicable state and federal mortgage servicing laws and regulations and (ii) internal policies and procedures. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities: Manages Fair & Responsible Servicing programs, including all servicing functions, risk assessments, model reviews, etc.Assists and provides input in the review of Fair Servicing data analysis. Develops innovative approaches to identify and monitor fair and responsible servicing risk.Serves as project lead and provides direction to analysts as it pertains to fair and responsible servicing objectives.Uses results of program reviews to characterize fair and responsible servicing. Prepares findings and presents to internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal form.Collaborates with departments within the servicing division to improve their understanding of program review findings and implications for servicing division practices.Provides program review support for joint initiatives between the servicing division and fair and responsible servicing compliance.Manages the compliance call monitoring program utilizing sound sampling methodologies and proper documentation of results. Leverages results to identify, trend and report regulatory risks to business partners and provide advisory support for corrective actions.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulations and regulatory guidance, enforcement actions, and industry trends and incorporates this knowledge into ongoing development and maintenance of fair and responsible servicing programs.Informs Enterprise Fair Lending Officer on key Fair & Responsible servicing risks and review results on a periodic basis.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred and a minimum of five (5) + years' experience in compliance, applied statistics, economics, or other quantitative area required.Demonstrates familiarity with statistical and analytical methodologies such as Bayesian Improved Surname Geocoding (BISG) proxy methodology and regression analysis required.Demonstrates knowledge of financial regulations such as ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, CFPB Mortgage servicing rules, and corporate compliance programs including risk assessments, testing and monitoring, training, policy/procedure development, and implementation of new services and business processes required.Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.Minimum one (1) + years of management experience preferred.Experience in developing fair & responsible servicing programs preferred.Why work for #teamloanDepot:Aggressive earning potential and 401K with robust company match Inclusive, diverse and collaborative culture where people from all backgrounds can thriveWork with other passionate, purposeful and customer-centric peopleExtensive internal growth and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursementComprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/VisionWellness program to support both mental and physical healthGenerous paid time off for both exempt and non-exempt positionsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
