*The Business Development Manager - Enterprise Accounts Role and Responsibilities*

*Job Summary*: The Business Development Manager II builds and maintains business relationships to generate new opportunities and drive the growth of the company.

*Essential Functions*

- Build and strengthen relationships with Apple store team members and other OEM clients, motivating teams to drive leads and client briefings.

- Continually educate Apple and other OEM team members (especially stores with high personnel turnover rates).

- Attend Apple market and OEM market meetings in person or via conference call.

- Drive sales from relationships with Apple and OEMs.

- Grow Fusion pipeline.

- Travel for Apple store and other OEM client visits - approximately 50%.

- Follow up and check-in with Apple stores and OEM clients through various means of communication.

- Obtain and manage leads from Apple stores and OEM clients.

- Attend Apple store briefings with clients or OEM client briefings.

- Work on developing ongoing strategy and growth of the department.

- Help team obtain and meet the documented sales goals for each quarter.

- Manage and work with a team of Business Development Managers, Business Managers, Project Managers, Assistants, and Creative individuals at Fusion.

- Review reports on lead to project conversion, number of store visits, client briefings, etc. to review trends and create strategies around those.

- Continue to build relationships with Apple, OEM and clients and contacts to increase business opportunities and keep them current on company services.

*Education & Experience*

--- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

--- Minimum 5 years of previous account management, project management, or business management experience required.

Salary: $64K - $66K
