Are you?Principal Accountabilities: You will do Coordinate with stakeholders and content creators, publishers and developers to ensure timely, accurate and impactful content. Collaborate with web colleagues to audit and identify ways to optimize web content to improve traffic, engagement and conversion. Maintain web editorial/design calendar. Help ensure understanding and amplification of corporate key messages. Regularly audit and analyze competitor websites and provide observations/recommendations based on findings Partner with web strategy and optimization teams on user research to understand user needs, and align content plans with web roadmap and maintenance schedule. Advise marketers and creative teams on understanding best practices and testing for web copywriting, journey and experience design. Ensure that keywords and metadata are incorporated into content strategy Collaborate with web and IT colleagues to improve site performance and prioritize projects. Review web analytics reports and provide or enhance recommendations related to the improvement of content and user experience. Review and provide optimization advice for web copy, design and assets. Provide proactive recommendations on site strategies such as pillar content. Work closely with paid media and social teams to coordinate content activation according to the campaign plan Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer/prospect needs. Remain current on competitor sites, content strategy innovations, best practices, tools and techniques. Provide insight and document best practices. to contribute to group knowledge and innovation. Maintain a good understanding of AVEVA product portfolio, customer personas, business strategy, key messages, strategic partnerships and stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required Creative and forward-thinking mindset to see the big picture and long-term opportunities for AVEVA's content strategy. Minimum seven years of related experience (e.g., online publishing, website management, editorial, content strategy, digital marketing) in a b2b enterprise corporate setting. Complex project management, SEO, website content audit, inventory and strategy and stakeholder alignment experience required. Experience designing, building, migrating, refreshing and localizing web content, media planning and buying, social media strategy and management, user experience design and research highly desirable. Good understanding of web content, digital asset, analytics and content project management systems required. Specific experience with Wrike, Media Valet, Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Analytics and Creative Suite highly desirable. Related experience in enterprise technology, industrial software and/or industrial organizations desirable. Writing, editing and/or experience design background helpful. Understanding of web content marketing and production best practices, tools and processes. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with excellent grammar, spelling and usage and high attention to detail. Ability to understand competing priorities, weigh relative merits in relation to overall corporate and marketing strategy, adjust as priorities evolve, and build alignment and consensus on the way forward. Skillful at managing leadership and stakeholder expectations. Foundational understanding of SEO concepts and topic clusters to inform content strategy working closely with web optimization team and SEO agency to optimize content for organic traffic. Experience in leading and collaborating with internal and external stakeholder groups to understand and deliver content needs while aligning with the overall AVEVA content strategy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understands and interprets content performance data from web, campaign, social and other analytics, and uses it to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization. High detail orientation, including the ability to spot small problems with written, video and visual content (sometimes in non-English languages) and plans, and to train/coach team members.
