Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed helping children understand , master , and love math since 2002. As the Assistant Center Director for Mathnasium Lake Forest, you are passionate about helping students learn and succeed, and will play a crucial part in the organization through sales and enrollment of new customers.

You will be supporting the Center Director primarily in selling our service and student enrollment, as well as education and administrative tasks and demonstrating leadership skills. We empower our staff to provide exceptional educational services, build confidence in our students, and create a deep understanding of mathematics among our youth.   • Connect with student parents or guardians to sell the value of the Mathnasium program
  • Support the Center Director and staff in creating exceptional student experiences
  • Assist the Center Director in administering assessments and developing student learning plans
  • Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
  • Teach in-person, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method---, terminology, and teaching practices which include individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Support staff in maintaining the organization & management of student's digital assets
  • Support the Center Director in managing the center floor during instructional hours
  • Assist with sales responsibilities including responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers Qualifications
    • Willingness to develop sales and leadership abilities
    • A passion for education and working with students
    • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Able to fill in for Math Tutors as needed
    • Ability to provide work authorization and pass a background check
      
      Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
