Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program / Platform Lead -
Infrastructure & Facilities Capital Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement capital plans for infrastructure and
facilities within a $50 million annual budget
Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure adherence to
financial targets
Lead a team of project managers responsible for capital
infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or
related field
10+ years of experience in infrastructure and facilities
management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or LEED AP
Demonstrated experience in managing capital budgets of $50 million
or more
Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling
tools
