This role collaborates closely with the Executive Directors of designated communities to ensure high-quality service, excellent customer service, and strong financial performance. The VP supports and guides these Executive Directors and community department heads as appropriate.Join us in creating experiences that celebrate your relevance.   • Support and promote Clearwater Living's Pursuit, Purpose, Principles, and Core Values in all interactions
  • Maintain full knowledge of all relevant state regulations for community operations
  • Build relationships with licensing personnel overseeing our communities
  • Respond to licensing visits with appropriate corrective actions for any deficiencies
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for your communities
  • Foster teamwork through mentoring, coaching, and recognition programs
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, motivate, monitor performance, and supervise Executive Directors in residents' best interests and per company policyRequirements:
    • Must be age 21 or over
    • Four-year degree from an accredited college
    • Current government-required certification or license to manage a community (or working towards it)
    • Two years of supervisory experience in long-term care or assisted living
    • First Aid certification as required
    • Background clearances per government regulations
    • Complete health screening and provide recent negative TB test results (within last 6 months or 7 days of employment)
