Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain detailed calendars and communication records for
high-level donor interactions
Draft and coordinate briefings, talking points, and follow-up
messages for donor meetings
Track donor engagement and progress toward goals using Salesforce
and internal dashboards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in executive support, development, or donor
relations roles
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience
managing donor records
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills across
internal teams and senior leaders
Clear understanding of and appreciation for the classical liberal
tradition is highly preferred
