Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to
provide support and guidance on employee-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve human resource issues, ensuring compliance
with policies and regulations
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters and
assist in performance management documentation
Maintain accurate records in the case management system and assist
with various projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work
experience preferred
5+ years of related experience in employee relations or human
resources
SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable
Experience in conflict resolution and handling confidential
information
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and/or Case Management
systems is desired
