Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager to drive
transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate processes for establishing Operating Models
and governance
Create and maintain integrated schedules for transformation
initiatives, tracking progress and risks
Build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to
support strategic planning and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant
experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant
experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant
experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant
experience
Preferred degree in life science or business
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is
preferred
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Experience in developing and delivering presentations and workshop
materials
