Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Translate company strategy into concrete operational objectives,
aligning global and local priorities
Lead, develop, and train the Operational Excellence (OEX) team,
focusing on effective planning and results
Analyze trends in operational KPIs, build tracking tools, and
define data-driven initiatives
Required Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration,
Economics, or related fields
Over 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or
strategic consulting with demonstrable results
Proven ability to lead global teams and projects, enabling local
teams and aligning priorities
Expertise in Business Intelligence tools and analytics applied to
operations
Strong knowledge in designing, documenting, and improving
end-to-end processes
