Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Payment
Recovery Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of plans to achieve
regional goals and objectives
Achieve financial objectives and direct business development to
increase market share
Oversee employee evaluation processes and ensure compliance with
quality and regulatory programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management,
Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management
or related healthcare operations management role
Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding,
and claims processing
Expertise in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating terms for
maximum reimbursement
Experience in managing appeals and disputes with payers to recover
underpaid claims
