A company is looking for a DRG Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement
DRG processes
Lead the DRG team, providing guidance and development plans for
staff
Oversee clinical claims review processes and manage team
performance and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or
nursing
5+ years of experience in healthcare billing and coding
2+ years of experience in claims auditing and recovery auditing
Preferred coding certification and/or nursing license
Previous supervisory experience
