Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement activities to enhance workflow between
Population Health Clinical Operations and Utilization Management
leadership
Act as a liaison between Utilization Management leaders and local
markets, facilitating communication and issue resolution
Gather and document local market business requirements to support
operational initiatives and policy development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business,
or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in utilization management and health
insurance
1-3 years of supervisory or management experience
