Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Program Manager to
lead risk adjustment-related projects from conception to
implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all internal and external risk-adjusted projects
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Develop and present complex analytics to communicate ongoing
financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of Risk Adjustment experience; 1-2 years of leadership
experience preferred
Experience leading complex projects and presenting analytics to
executive levels required
Knowledge of HHS Commercial Risk Adjustment, CMS Risk Adjustment,
and MassHealth risk adjustment required
Medical coding certification or equivalent experience preferred
