A company is looking for a Partnership Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate partner-facing meetings and customize presentation
materials using Salesforce data
Manage partner portal operations, ensuring accurate reporting and
maintenance of user guides
Oversee new partner onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring
timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Operations, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in higher education, partnerships,
operations, or related roles
Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, including Salesforce and
project management software
Ability to work remotely full-time and adjust to US time zones
Experience with data reporting tools and strong organizational
skills
