A company is looking for a Director, AI Process Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of intuitive UX artifacts that map business
processes and user journeys
Craft executive-facing content that simplifies complex technical
ideas into engaging narratives
Develop visual communication collateral to support executive
communication and change management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in UX design, service design, or visual
storytelling
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in user-centered design and
executive communications
Strong proficiency in design and storytelling tools (e.g., Figma,
Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience facilitating workshops using design thinking and/or Lean
Six Sigma methodologies
