Maintain and execute contractor sales training modules and evaluate
courses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contractor
training and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or
contractor development in the HVAC industry
Proficiency in HVAC industry best practices
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Well-organized and capable of managing multiple relationships and
tasks simultaneously
