Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Ohio,
Illinois, and Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes annual plans for profitability, sales, and
employee development in collaboration with leadership
Promotes a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency
Partners
Manages Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales objectives and
maintain accurate records in CRM software
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
10 or more years of experience in sales management (Preferred)
Supervisory experience is required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of degree
