Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Data and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and project
timeline for data management
Hire and manage a team of data analysts to support various data
domains
Establish data governance standards for reporting dashboards and
organizational alignment
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a senior data leadership role
10+ years of hands-on experience with data and analytics
Understanding of various technology stacks and proficiency in
different tools and languages
Significant experience analyzing healthcare administrative claims
data and EHR/EMR data
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field preferred
