Your contributions will support transformative goals that make a real difference.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide expert medical care to pediatric patients with a focus on respiratory conditions, including but not limited to Cystic Fibrosis, Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia, Severe Asthma, and Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia.Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings presenting with respiratory symptoms. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex respiratory conditions. Participate in case conferences, consultations, and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.Stay current with advancements in pediatric pulmonology through ongoing medical education and participation in research initiatives, particularly in the areas of Cystic Fibrosis, Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia, Severe Asthma, and Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia.Contribute to academic pursuits by publishing research findings, presenting at conferences, and mentoring mid-level providers and fellows.Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of pediatric pulmonary care, optimizing clinical processes, and improving patient outcomes. The Pediatric Pulmonologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients with respiratory conditions.
