Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to
provide support and education to patients regarding longevity
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and educate customers on their longevity
journey
Answer patient inquiries promptly and efficiently to maximize
satisfaction
Assist with developing and improving customer experience
infrastructure and processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
Certified health coach certification or relevant
education/experience in health and wellness
Education or professional experience in a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in the anti-aging/longevity movement
