Job Description:
A company is looking for a (MD or DO) Surgeon - Utilization
Review - Remote (1099 Independent Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Review Prior Authorizations for treatment using accepted medical
guidelines and provide unbiased assessments
Ensure compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
Work flexibly with no minimum hours required, completing most cases
in 30-60 minutes
Required Qualifications
Must be an MD or DO
Must be Board Certified in General Surgery
Must have 5 years of patient care experience in General Surgery
Must have an unrestricted Minnesota state medical license
Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
