Opportunity – Medical ICU Registered Nurse – Southern California
Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Riverside, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour shifts; every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday for day shift,
Friday/Saturday for night shift); 1:2 patient ratio; shift
assignment dependent on census Highlights: 35-bed MICU with
advanced equipment including EVDs, ventilators, EV1000, rapid
infusers, and Ceribell Strong support structure with charge nurse
and patient care technician on each shift Meditech EMR system
Collaborative team environment with 94 clinical staff members
Opportunities for floating to SICU, CVU, PCU, and ED holds to
expand clinical skills Two positions available Requirements: Active
California RN license Minimum 1 year ICU experience required ACLS
and BLS certifications required Preferred: Neurological, trauma, or
cardiac ICU experience Preferred: Previous experience as a
