Job Description Job Description Were seeking a mission-driven
Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing
value-based care group in Southern California . This is a full-time
outpatient role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive,
and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population.
Why This Role Stands Out Base Salary: $230K$285K (commensurate with
experience) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base
compensation Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only no nights,
weekends, or hospital call Team Model: Work alongside nurse
practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a collaborative
environment Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a
focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease
management Your Impact Serve as the patients first point of contact
for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs Coordinate care
with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists
Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor
care plans Educate and empower patients to manage their health
