We are searching for an HR Master Data Specialist to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL (Hybrid). This role can also work 100% remote if the individual is not located within 50 miles of the Lake Forest office.Number of open positions: 2Your Role:As an HR Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR Master data and administrative support to the Corporate Master Data Team for field locations; The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.You will have the opportunity to:

  • Process master data items for RCP such as hires, terminations, department changes, leaves of absences, etc.
  • Support the HR Master Data inbox and answer requests
  • Process HR Master Data mail as appropriate
  • Audit HR Master Data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support external or internal auditor requests by providing information
  • Manages and enters in all assigned location's Master Data;
  • Support HR Master Data Manager by providing data and reports to be compliant with federal regulations as required
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entries by ensuring appropriate procedures are in place for all
  • Respond to Leadership, HR and other user requests for a variety of on-demand human resources reports
  • Supports HR Field and Corporate team with mass changes through ADP data bridge.
  • I-9 and e-Verify Administrator
  • Assist all locations with questions related to HR Master Data.
  • Confidentiality is a key part of this role; employee information should be kept private as required by pertinent laws and regulations

      • Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field
      • Prior HR Master Data processing experience, required
      • 3-5 years of related professional and progressive experience in Human Resource
      • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
      • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
      • Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines
      • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teamsIcing on the cake:
