Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR & Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including
pre-employment screenings and paperwork
Lead new employee orientation sessions and maintain accurate
employee records
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and
assist with benefits administration
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
preferred
Experience with onboarding processes and HRIS systems required
Basic understanding of payroll processes and systems
Must be 18 years of age or older
