Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Recruiter to focus on sourcing
and engaging talent in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage candidates for hospitality roles such
as CNAs, chefs, and housekeepers
Build and maintain a diverse talent pool to meet current and future
hiring needs
Coordinate interview schedules and communications between
candidates and hiring teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the
hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to source and engage talent effectively
Strong understanding of talent management and employee engagement
strategies
Familiarity with diversity recruitment initiatives and best
practices
Proficiency in using recruiting tools, platforms, and databases
