A company is looking for an HR System Analyst to drive
operational excellence within their People function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize HR processes
Automate new workflows and upgrade existing ones to improve
efficiency and user experience
Configure HR systems and ensure regulatory compliance throughout
the solution lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Proven experience designing or re-engineering
processes/products
Track record of writing clear business and functional requirements
documents
Hands-on experience building or improving HR processes and
workflows
Solid understanding of enterprise IT and system-integration
principles
Technical aptitude for automating workflows with no-/low-code
platforms
