Jr. Technical Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Jr. Technical Designer. This individual will report directly to the Product Design Director and is responsible for supporting the Creative, Development, and Production teams, ensuring organization and timely execution of product design initiatives. The ideal candidate has the willingness to learn and passion to grow within the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist with product design ideation from concept to approved CAD
-Complete tech packs for a variety of products across all categories
-Create linesheets and clearly communicate direction from Product Design Director
-Support product development team with technical specifications
-Assist with all misc. projects and support creative, development, and production teams to ensure a smooth work flow

QUALIFICATIONS:
-2-3 years experience in product design and/or product development
-Understanding of garment construction and technical specifications
-Adaptive design eye and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Artistic ability and possession of creative flair, versatility, and originality
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, highly organized and manage time effectively
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
