We have over 30 outpatient behavioral health locations nestled throughout our communities located in Kern County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County.
Pathways is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Operations Manager for our Wellness program in Lake Forest.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overall, day-to-day operations of program including management of support staff and services provided as required by county contract.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Oversees all aspects of administrative operations of program.
Communicates and coordinates services and program needs with each program staff as appropriate as well as other internal departments as needed.
Determines the structure of the workflow within the program.
Responsible for purchase, expense requisitions, and budget spending as required by program.
Responsible for delivery of purchase requests, mileage forms, human resources information forms and other additional paperwork to appropriated staff as needed.
Responsible for upgrading and maintaining computer software and operations as needed.
Review required forms that are to be submitted to HR for hiring, training and employee benefits.
Research and promote staff development and training opportunities monthly.
Oversees and coordinates time sheets, paychecks and reimbursement delivery in compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsible for compiling monthly and quarterly statistics and other reports as required by program.
Maintain and ensures HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clients.
Other duties assigned or necessary to support the program and/or the company.

Education/Licensing Requirements
Education and/or Experience
At least one year of experience proving an ability to work under minimal supervision, select from a variety of established procedures and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish assignments in a timely manner.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Proof of: valid California drivers license and auto insurance, as well as proof of education are required. Prior behavioral health experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
Intermediate PC skills required.
Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs to the Program.
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills and communication skills are a must.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.
