Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior ServiceNow System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

Provide O&M support for a GCC based SaaS ServiceNow instance
Configure ServiceNow modules and participate in design reviews
Assist with platform account creation and testing platform team development

Required Qualifications

Ability to work independently when required
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL concepts
Working knowledge of various ServiceNow components
Computing Environment Certification for ServiceNow System Administrator
DoDD 8140.01/8570.01-M (IAT Level 2) Certification or above required
