Job Description:

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, AI.
Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and optimize core components of the LLM-driven coaching engine
Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver user experiences
Own end-to-end systems, ensuring scale, security, and performance across environments

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in scaling startups and engineering organizations with deep Python expertise (Django preferred)
Hands-on experience in ML roles or LLM applications
Experience architecting and shipping production-grade systems in AI or distributed infrastructure
Ability to balance speed with scalability and work fluidly in dynamic environments
Data-driven mindset, focusing on experiments and validation through observation
