skillsets you would like to see on the resume: Strong technical
background/CA WC, experience in managing WC claims at all levels
including litigated claims, helpful if candidate has been a team
lead or supervisor level, experience handling self insured
claims/programs Any Must Haves: 5 years of CA WC
Indemnity/litigated claim handling or oversight/management
experience This position is for an established and productive
professional individual contributor in Risk Consulting with
demonstrated experience in defining and deploying risk strategies
and programs for clients. The person understands the big picture
and clearly articulating point of view with rationale through
logical written and verbal communications. This position begins to
develops an area of expertise "major", becoming 'go-to' resource
for the client on specific topics.
