Job Title: Tax Manager Location: Irvine, CA, US /Los Angeles, CA 90071, US/ San Francisco, CA, US (Hybrid) Overview: Manage and review complex partnership tax engagements while delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services. Lead teams, support clients, and provide strategic tax guidance in a hybrid work environment. Must-Haves: CPA required 6–10 years of partnership tax experience Background in a top 10 public accounting firm Strong knowledge of Subchapter K, partnership returns, and US GAAP Experience with partnership structuring Hybrid role (in-office 3 days/week) Willing to travel as needed Preferred: Entity formation and M&A experience Minimal job hopping Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
