Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their
legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including SaaS,
licensing, and partnership agreements
Collaborate with partner channel teams to facilitate and negotiate
deals
Provide legal advice and support to sales and cross-functional
teams on legal issues
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a
technology company
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts using standardized
processes
Ability to support and collaborate with sales and partner channel
teams
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good
standing
