currently on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Permanent
Employment/Labor Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an
excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about
labor and employment law, has a keen interest in personal injury
and workers' compensation cases, and is driven by the desire to
fight for justice for plaintiffs. As an integral part of our team,

expected to: 1. Represent clients in labor and employment matters,
including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination,
sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and workers'
compensation claims. 2. Provide legal advice to clients regarding
their rights and obligations under state and federal labor laws. 3.
Conduct thorough and meticulous research to build strong cases for
our clients. 4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements,
and other legal documents. 5. Develop and implement effective legal
strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. 6.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration
hearings. 7. Stay updated on the latest developments in labor and
employment law to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to
our clients. Job Details Qualifications: The ideal candidate for
this position will have: 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an
accredited law school. 2. Active membership in the California State
Bar. 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a
focus on labor and employment law, personal injury, and workers'
compensation cases. 4. Proven experience representing plaintiffs in
legal proceedings. 5. Exceptional research, negotiation, and
communication skills. 6. A strong sense of professional ethics and
a commitment to upholding the law. 7. The ability to manage
multiple cases simultaneously and to work under pressure. 8. A
result-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving
