Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 per year A bit about us: Wanted: Hybrid California Business Litigation Associate (3 years of experience) J.D. from an accredited law school and being a member in good standing with the California Bar. At least 3 years of litigation practice in California (practice areas outside of commercial litigation are accepted, but there is a strong preference for at least three years of commercial litigation). This role is being offered on a hybrid schedule, anticipated to be roughly three days in-office each week. Most of our attorneys choose to be full time in-office, so there are ample opportunities to collaborate in-person if you choose to do so. The ideal candidate will be one who understands and appreciates the value of what the firm offers. That includes: working with other attorneys who actually enjoy litigation; learning how to think about the strategy in a case from a unique perspective; working on a diverse range of cases; understanding how 10 different court systems work; working in a high-energy practice without any screaming or other obnoxious conduct; using the best technology to assist the practice of law; doing real projects where you understand the overall strategy on the case; and working full-time but not all the time (1800 hrs per year). This position will require you to manage and litigate civil matters across a wide breadth of practice areas. Areas you are not yet familiar with may require intensive research and familiarization. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school and being a member in good standing with the California Bar.
