Job Description Job Description Litigation Attorney - Consumer Protection Litigation Attorney - Consumer Protection/Lemon Law Location: California (Hybrid Schedule) Experience Required: 3 years litigation Bar Status: Active California Bar License A consumer-focused law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with at least three years of experience to represent California clients in cases against car manufacturers and dealerships. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
