Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Business Litigation &
Professional Liability Location : Hybrid-Remote (San Diego, CA
92130) About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Litigation
Attorney with 3 years of experience to join our Professional
Liability and Business Litigation Practice. In this role, you will
have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished
attorneys on a diverse range of complex business litigation and
professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations,
arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent
opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise
while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm. Key
Responsibilities : Manage and represent clients in business
litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial. Draft pleadings,
motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Participate in
depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate closely with
senior attorneys to prepare for trials. Provide clients with clear,
strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation
matters. Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited
law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 3 years
of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced
environment. Compensation & Benefits : Salary : $120,000-$250,000,
